Tops Equestrian Center

Stal Tops, Valkenswaard

Situation and assignment

Stal Tops is an international equestrian center built in 2015. The building has three levels: VIP tribune, the Royal Club and the bar.  

Implementation and result

Rosval played an important role during the building of this equestrian center. As well as the complete kitchen installation, including a Rosval Topline cooker, we completely fitted and furnished the bar of the VIP tribune and the Royal Club.

Het Ruiterhuys, Castricum

Situation and assignment

Frank and Nikki La Croix also chose for Rosval. “Het Ruiterhuys” is a country restaurant and the perfect address to enjoy great hospitality. Frank and Nikki decided to have their complete concept carried out by a single party.

Implementation and result

During the 3D drawings, particular care was taken with the old wooden beams in the building. Rosval also designed a special custom-made cooker. As well as the cooker, all the work benches were seamlessly integrated and the refrigeration units are without rubber seals.

Hotel - Restaurant

Hotel Veenendaal

Hotel Veenendaal was lucky enough to premiere the updated Rosval cooker which has now been installed there. Rosval has equipped this modern kitchen from A to Z. It has attractive rounded corners, LED lighting behind the Rosval logo, and as you would expect, everything is seamless.

Refrigeration without rubber seals, the latest cooling innovation, has also been fitted here. In fact, this kitchen contains everything that Rosval can offer, including fryers and induction cooking plates up to a seamlessly integrated pass.

Restaurant

The Hoxton, Amsterdam

Situation and assignment

The Hoxton is a new hotel situated on the canals in the heart of Amsterdam. At the request of The Hoxton, Rosval has designed and built an elongated kitchen. 

Implementation and result

Rosval delivered a fully equipped kitchen for The Hoxton. As well as the cooker, all the workbenches have been seamlessly integrated.

School

LOC, Barendrecht

Situatio and assignment

In August 2015, the local training center (Lokaal Opleidingen Centrum (LOC)) opened a new school in Barendrecht. It also works together with the MBO department of the ROC Da Vinci and the Albeda college. By clustering various different forms of education, it has created a practice cluster. 

Implementation and result

In order to give the students the best possible lessons, it was decided to install 2 cookers. Cooker 1 has been equipped with two Kuppersbush convection ovens and four induction hobs, while cooker 2 has been equipped with two Kuppersbush convection ovens and four 4-burner ranges.

Restaurant

Brasserie Stadhuis, Schiedam

Situation

In 2013, Martin Strik opened a new restaurant called Brasserie Stadhuis in Schiedam, a city in the shadow of Rotterdam. The restaurant was originally a town hall in the 1970s.

Assignment

At the Brasserie Stadhuis, Rosval installed a Topline cooker with a drop in water bath grill, induction hob, induction cooker, electric fryer and warming drawers. In addition, the cooker is equipped with a continuous (seamless) top plate of at least 2.5 mm thick stainless steel.

Hotel Uden-Veghel

Situation and assignment

A superb new development that went from planning to realisation at a very high speed. Hotel Uden-Veghel challenged us to introduce the latest innovations into their buffet and catering facilities.

Implementation and result

The guests of Hotel Uden-Veghel can take a 'look behind the scenes' as they help themselves to the delicious buffet. This arrangement also allows the chef to have direct contact with the guests. The buffet has been fitted with our Cool-Spot technology and our rubber-free cooling is also an overall part of this project. Proud chef Leo Brouwer is co-responsible for the furnishing of this unique location.

Brand Loyalty                                   

Situation and assignment

Brand Loyalty gave Rosval the opportunity to completely develop and furnish their kitchen. The kitchen has been equipped and fitted out to work as efficiently as possible and is mainly used for catering and buffets.

Implementation and result

Everything is included: live cooking buffets, catering cuisine and a beautiful Rosval cooker. Take a look at the photos to get an impression. After the delivery, Brand Loyalty told us that they were very satisfied with the way we worked together.

Restaurant De Leest***, Vaassen

Situation

In 2002, Jacob Jan Boerma and Kim Veldman opened Restaurant De Leest in an old shoe factory on the edge of the Veluwe. Within no time at all, De Leest grew into a three star restaurant where gastronomes from all over the world regularly indulge their passion.

Assignment

Restaurant De Leest got into contact with Rosval via our dealer Van Gestel. We are very proud that this very special three star restaurant has chosen to work with Rosval. Rosval installed a Topline cooker with 2 hobs and a cooking area (gas).

DE L'EUROPE, Amsterdam

Situation

A unique 5-star hotel in the city centre of Amsterdam. Since undergoing a large-scale renovation, De L’Europe now houses several fine restaurants managed by executive chef, Richard van Oostenbrugge.

Assignment

We are proud that the management of this very special five star hotel chose a custom-made solution by Rosval and commissioned us to manufacture and install three cookers. The two wall-mounted cookers and the cooking island all have built-in induction and each cooking range has its own style. The pictures speak for themselves!

Implementation and result

What made this assignment extra special to us is that the cookers were transported on the Amsterdam canals by boat before being installed in the hotel. This is what service means to us: fully complying with your wishes and even exceeding your expectations.

Restaurant

Restaurant Duinvermaak, Bergen

Situation

The Duinvermaak restaurant is situated in a superb location in Bergen. The restaurant is set in a beautiful nature reserve. Duinvermaak serves crepes and pizza's, all made in a traditional way in its open kitchen. 

Assignment

During their search for a quality cooker and pizza oven, the Duinvermaak restaurant discovered Rosval. And together with the owner, we have made this project a success.

Implementation and result

The guests at the Duinvermaak restaurant can take a 'look behind the scenes' while their dishes are being prepared and thanks to the open kitchen the chef is often in personal contact with the clientele. 

 

Hotel - Restaurant

         

Restaurant Damianz, Roermond

Situation

‘Het Arresthuis’ is a former prison (1863) in Roermond, the Netherlands, where guests now voluntarily pay to spend the night! This first-class restaurant, managed by chef Raoel Bijlmakers, is in a unique location in the historic town centre of Roermond. 

Assignment

While the prison was being transformed into a hotel, Rosval was involved as a partner for designing stainless steel custom-made solutions. Our brief was for the complete design, production, installation and maintenance of the kitchen. Other stainless steel products custom-made by Rosval include the entrance, the outdoor signage, the bar tops and stainless steel cabinets.

Implementation and result

You can see chef Raoel Bijlmakers in action in the open Rosval kitchen with its purple LED lighting. The result is a stylish kitchen featuring a number of integrated special elements such as a tank for live crustaceans and shellfish and a full-wall spice rack.

Restaurant One*, Roermond

Situation

Michelin-starred Restaurant One is located in a beautiful industrial location ('ECI culture factory') in Roermond, the Netherlands. It provides top quality and top gastronomy. Edwin Soumang and Bethany DeLong, the owners, have every right to be proud of this special location. To get the full story, please watch the film clip of the interview (Dutch spoken).

Assignment

In their search for a quality cooker, our partner Gorissen Bedrijfskeukens introduced Restaurant One to Rosval. We were then commissioned to install a custom-made Rosval cooker that had been designed by the chef himself.

Implementation and result

Throughout the 2D and 3D design phases and the production process, careful attention was paid to such aspects as the power, capacity and dimensions of the parts and components. After several fine-tuning sessions, a refined range is now being used extensively in the kitchen of Restaurant One. A fine example of patience, precision and attention to your needs!

Hotel - Restaurant

Hotel Eindhoven

Situation and assignment

The Van der Valk Hotel in Eindhoven offered Rosval the opportunity to design their whole kitchen interior and other facilities. The entire project, from the cooker down to the smallest screw, was carried out and executed with great care by Rosval. 

Implementation and result

This location features everything that Rosval can manufacture; live cooking buffets, a catering kitchen, dishwasher lines, bars, furniture, Cool-Spot, and of course a beautiful Rosval cooker. Take a look at the photos and video clips or come and see it for yourself! When evaluating the project, Van der Valk Eindhoven indicated that they were really happy with our close collaboration. The fact that they were able to work with a single contact person for everything improved transparency and cooperation throughout the project.

 

Hotel - Restaurant

Okura Hotel, Amsterdam. Restaurant de Serre*.

Situation

The Okura is a ‘state of the art’ hotel in the south of Amsterdam. We are very proud that we are able to use this five star nominated hotel as a reference. The hotel was looking for a quality cooker as they had had a disappointing experience with their previous one. Thanks to our partner, Van Dorp installaties, the Okura was put in touch with Rosval.

Assignment

After several visits by the management to our factory, we were commissioned to install a customised wall cooker. A Rosval induction cooker was found to be the best choice for the Okura and this was eventually fitted in the ‘De Serre’ restaurant.

Implementation and result

It was important for the management of the Okura that the cooker could be produced quickly. It was also important to do this quickly so as not to disappoint any guests. That made the project a challenge but speed and quality go together well at Rosval. The final solution fitted perfectly in the concept of the hotel.

Hotel Restaurant

Industrieele Groote Club, Amsterdam

This business club has an exclusive Club lounge and an excellent restaurant.

Situation and assignment

The previous restaurant kitchen was really outdated. The Board of the Dutch Royal Industrieele Groote Club, together with its head chef Remco Hoffmeister, developed a new industrial cooker. Together with Van Dorp Installaties, Rosval produced this beautiful induction cooker.

The special aspect of this project was placing the cooker in the building. It had to be brought in via a window (see photos)!
